Not my first home purchase and had talked with other brokers (shopping) My real estate agent, Michelle Baird suggested working with Jowed, after a couple phone Conversations it was clear he was competent and timely. He and his team are excellent communicators. I really appreciated the weekly progress report that showed all items, accomplished and items yet to be completed.. Definitely would highly recommend him and his team.

Jowed and his team did an upmost great job in helping My Wife and I secure a loan for our first ever home purchase. He was both very helpful, and also informative to us with a home loan process, it did not matter that we never even saw him face-to-face in person. We live about an hour from Joweds office, but he would send us very informative videos of him discussing our home loan and his communication was awesome. For someone like myself, who has never dealt with the home loan process Jowed really took a lot of stress and concern off of my back and made it seem like it was a very simple process. We were even able to close on our house a couple weeks early! Joweds hard work and dedication to customer care during the home loan process is very admirable. I would highly suggest him and his team, too, any of my friends or family and if I had to do this ever again, or in the future, I would pick Jowed as my guy in a heartbeat!
