I will support Lowe's company no longer, especially if they boycott loyal customers for any or no reason whatsoever.
My brother-in-law's a contractor and used Lowe's for years and never missed a payment or cheated them. Then one day Lowe's boycotted him. Instead of being helped with that, he was marked off forever, and still expected him to be a customer. Seriously!
Because you lost him as a customer, you've lost me as a customer and will warn all my people never do Lowe's again, ever. It might just happen to them as well
Edit: Lowe's, you can regain my loyalty by restoring my brother-in-law's position. If not, I will never be loyal or shop with you guys again and make sure none of my friends go there, ever!

This place is a poorly managed joke. Customer service is abysmal. 0 checkout lanes open but 4 cashiers hee-hawin around self checkout pretending to be busy. Save yourself the headache and go to a competitor.
