I looked into your floorcovering purchase and spoke to my store manager Donavon and William our salesperson about you concerns. I stand behind every product we have in our store. I only work with the most reputable companies in our industry. When it comes to Hardwood flooring or any hardsurface flooring they can scratch. Some products are better than others. As far as you floor, you openly admitted to WIlliam that you dragged your furniture accross you new floor, That will certainly scatch it. When You came into our store you requested hardwood flooring for your home as you had already been to two of our competitors. William explained the positives and negetives of hardwood flooring and presented you with a laminate flooring alternative to help with durability and scratch resistance. You made the decision to move forward with the hardwood flooring. The Floor you purchased has one of the best warranties in the industry for wear and sustainable surface. As far as returning carpet, We cut your carpet to your installers measurements, we did not measure your job.We can not return a small piece of carpet to our inventory because it would have almost no use on another job due to dyelots. This Job was measured to long by your installer.I have built my business on taking care of customer and repeat business. You dont get a 4.9 Star Rating with 160 reviews by not doing thing the right way. We offered you the opportunity to have an independant inspector go out and look at you floor and determine if there is a factory defect to the surface of your floor.If it is defective the mfg. has already stated that they would replace the floor, that was a conversation Donavon had with your husband. For the record we are a very hands on company and we will help in any way we can to determine and resolve any flooring issues.
