Therapy can be very scary if you have never done it before or are not sure what to expect, but when I met Nicole, I was immediately at ease, I felt as if I had know her for years. Being comfortable and honest is so important and she is amazing at making you feel that way. Do not feel judged or embarrassed to share things. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a down to earth, nonjudgmental, and an extremely caring person. Speaking with her is like spending time with a loved one that actually cares about you. So if you need some help, or just someone to listen. Go see her.

I had done therapy for seven years with countless different counselors by the time I went to Nicole. She helped my leave an abusive relationship, heal my difficult relationship with my mom, and finally finally got me diagnosed with bipolar 2 which ended up being the main reason that my prior therapy hadn't gotten me very far. I had no idea that the main cause of my depression was a chemical imbalance that just couldn't be solved through talk therapy. I had a lot of reservations getting on medication and she helped me get over that. cannot describe how different my life is because of the two-ish years that I spent in therapy with her. the rapid eye movement therapy was so helpful to me because I could work through trauma without having to describe the traumatic events in vivid detail. one of my main issues with talk therapy in the past was that I could not articulate out loud everything that I had been through no matter how much I knew those events were the root cause of a lot of my issues. I'm so grateful to her and I recommend her to everyone
