Dutch Bros is definitely the place to get you a delicious coffee or energy drink, never a dull moment with them on any of their locations in Tri-Cities. If they do not get your drink right, they will let you keep that drink and will give you the right one for no cost! Now that's what I am talking about, always making sure to keep you happy:) Also, if it's your birthday, you can go to any of their locations and ask for a birthday drink, they will let you choose whatever you want and on top of that they will congratulate you, all the staff will literally get out their way so you can hear a Happy Birthday. I can keep going on how awesome this place is for hours and hours, I am just another satisfied customer who definitely will keep returning to get the best customer service ever! I highly recommend them
