We've had the pleasure of using Kenmore remodel on numerous other jobs at our primary residence (a review of which has already been done) and now it's time to share what they did for us with our kitchen remodel. We're overdue on this review, but still one year later we are still in awe of the work they accomplished on our kitchen (and living room and dining room ceilings too.). Dan and his crew are incredibly talented and professional. They executed a flawless remodel all while dealing with the challenges of the pandemic and supply chain issues. They completely gutted the existing kitchen, moved and widened some entrances and rebuilt from the studs up including overseeing a new Ipe floor to match our existing floors elsewhere. Much of their time involved scraping our popcorn ceilings in our living, dining room and hallway and installing new lighting. Through it all they were on time, efficient and excelled at every aspect of the remodel. Specifically Nick and Chris are true artisans and superior tradesmen who were present throughout and ensured everything met our high expectations. Dan is terrific to work with and is incredibly honest, fair and wants to ensure his clients are thoroughly pleased. We can't say enough positive things about Kenmore Remodel and Construction. They're just good people doing superior work at reasonable and fair rates. Thank you Kenmore Remodel and Construction and we hope we can rely on you all again in the future. This was a remodel of my basement kitchen this summer 2020 before and after pictures! I got all the material from Home Depot and wanted to update it! They work fast with quality work professionals and will make any adjustments you need! Last month touch ups and final inspection! I highly recommend them if your looking to do any updates to your house! Work done was (replace drop ceiling, recessed lighting, Undercabinet lighting cabinets, handles, appliances, hood, sink, faucet, painting, tile floor and backsplash!)
