Worst reception service ever encountered. My child had an appointment at 4pm. Picked up my kiddo right after school and rushed through traffic to get to the clinic. When I stepped into the lobby it was 4:04. I thought I made it because last time the receptionist told me there was 10 minutes grace period. And before I left home I already checked in my kid online. There were a couple senior patients in front of me. When it was my turn it was 4:10 and the receptionist told me the Dr. could no longer see us. I told them you knew we were here within the 10 minutes window as you already saw us in the lobby and I already checked in online, why do you still refuse us care? These ladies couldnt give me an answer but still refused our appointment. When I asked them to check if the physician was available they straight up lied saying he was seeing next patient. The online check in is a sham, why bother if you dont even honor it!? And those receptionists, please know your job is not to police patients and refuse care, using the little power you have to inconvenient patients is not cool. I switched from Kaiser for this clinics convenient location, but I think Im going back next year.

**Watch Out for GOTCHA(!) Junk Fees** I went here for a physical and only answered questions the ARNP asked me. I was billed for a physical -and- "Office/Outpatient New Low Mdm" Fee. After dispute and review, the charges stands because the nurse asked me questions that were outside of the parameters of a physical. I say they should not have asked me these questions then... I submit this office or perhaps all of EvergreenHealth intentionally asks extra questions to bolster their fees they can charge us and the insurance companies.

Compassionate staff at all levels. Professionals in every sense of the word. It is the human element that makes this place so incredible where people not only actually listen, but remember you time and time again and remember the specifics about your world and what is going on. I absolutely love this place on so many ends and as I get older, it is good to have a place for my health needs where I trust them on so many levels

Been going here for years and then they switched to a new billing system and i'm having a hell of a time with then sending all kinds of incorrect bills because their people don't have training on the new system. Spending hours on hold and then when I do get a person no one knows how to fix the problem. Pretty sure they're going to end up screwing up my perfect credit score.
