No stars if possible. I had Sam Burton come out and get measurements. He said he was going to get back to me with the cost in a couple of days. Three days later, I had to email him to check the status and he made an excuse that he has been backed up at the office. He said he will get it to me the next day and still nothing. It has been a month later. He obviously is not reliable and I'm glad I didn't have him do any work because there would probably be constant delays. Be aware of this company. This was a very bad first impression.

We had two bathrooms done by Riccon. First off I should say the bathrooms came out beautifully. We did most of the design work ourselves, picked out pretty much everything and in the. case of the tile and vanity we ordered it and paid ourselves. Their estimate was way off, our house is older and there were a lot of things uncovered that made the estimates off by tens of thousands. We also used more expensive tiles to install, so some of those increases were on us. My real complaint was about communication and prices. On multiple things (plumbing and floor refinishing) we ended up finding our own contractor to do the job because the bids Riccon was getting were way too high. We also had to push to get additional electrical bids because the original electricians came in at a way higher price than originally planned for. There were days that people were supposed to show up and they didn't. Then days we weren't expecting people they would show up, which worked out okay since we were usually working from home given the pandemic but it was still frustrating. All in all I found Jeff to be a reasonable guy and again,. the bathrooms turned out well. I do think we paid a reasonable price for what we ended up with. I would use them again.

Jeff Richter with Riccon Construction just completed a whole house renovation for us and we couldn't be happier. The house needed to be taken down to the studs for all new electrical and plumbing. They completely rebuilt the interior including removing/moving some walls, with a new kitchen, master bath and guest bath. They built a new two car garage from the foundation up, installed a metal roof and new windows on the main floor. The quality of Riccon's work is outstanding. The entire crew was professional and personable. We asked for several change orders throughout the process and both Jeff and his partner Jon were accommodating and helpful with design and suggestions. When unforeseen problems arose, they were quick to communicate with us what our options were. We were living out of state for the first half of the construction process and were provided updates and photos as the remodel progressed. Riccon answers phone calls, emails and texts in a timely manner which was very important to us throughout the seven months of renovation. We highly recommend Riccon and would absolutely use them again if the need ever arose.

Jon and his crew have been amazing. They are professional, thorough, and give solid recommendations. We've had multiple projects done around the house including our breakfast bar, master bathroom, and closets. They are timely and support whatever visions we have for our home. I was referred to Riccon by a friend who had them save his restaurant renovation after another GC faltered.Since then I've hired them for several jobs and referred them out regularly. Attached is a photo of the results of their first job for me. At some point they will get too busy for me, but good work deserves to be rewarded, so here we are.Brenda and the rest of the company are reliable professionals. You are in good hands if you can get on their schedule.
