We had a remarkable experience with Shelby as our realtor. The list of desired wants in a home in our budget was more important to us than a certain location. That make our search more widespread and wishy washy. Shelby was there for us the whole time even when we assumed we were being inconvenient and indecisive. She showed us many many homes that fell under our wants list but didnt excite us upon viewing. We were ready to write an offer on 2 homes that received outrageous offers that we backed off from. Then with our current home, Shelby coached us with what could inspire a more competitive offer within our means and comfort level and we were able to get it on our very first offer!
