It's been fun going out to see the trolls. Rainy weather has been keeping the crowds light.

The Rainier Trail in Issaquah is a flat and short trail that any family with young kids can easily walk onto. We went there on a Sunday mid-morning. There were a lot of parking spots in the beginning of the trail although they were almost full when we arrived. We brought our dog and had a nice walk. After a short walk, we saw Jakob Two Trees that was created by Danish artist Thomas Dambo. It is one of five trolls in the Seattle area including Bainbridge Island, West Seattle, Vashon Island and Ballard. There were several people in front of us waiting for photo ops. We appreciate the artists creation that puts smiles on many peoples faces. We are planning to check out other trolls in the area for fun in the future.

Great little jaunt to break up our trip home! Path is wide and paved, slightly uphill but not bad.

My boyfriend and I and his 2 children 13. And 17 went hiking up to the troll, I'm obsessed with these trolls now. They are so amazing. I would definitely recommend anybody going.
