        HR block becomes inefficient and unprofessional. They lost all my documents which they took from me and not taking any responsibilities. They are always in rush as they schedule the meeting from 2 hr to 1 hr now. Also they can not keep their word on timelines. I am filing with them last 4-5 yrs, very sad to see how their service is falling apart and they don't care for their customers.
