Susan has been a Godsend. I hired an attorney previously that completely dropped the ball. Susan was there to pick it up. She is incredibly thoughtful, she keeps her word, shes on top of everything for you. By the time you think to ask her for something shes already thought about it and done it. She helped me not only get my settlement from my car accident but in record time.
