image Dr. Idjadi is fantastic. I recently went to him because of my knees. I had already had 4 knee surgeries due to sports injuries when I was younger. He is very knowledgeable, has a very straightforward honest bedside manner. I trusted him immediately. He presented me with options, one of them being surgery, but in no way pressured me to do so. I have since had surgery and it went perfectly. Scheduling was easy. The surgery center was fantastic and Dr. Idjadi did a great job. When I'm older I will be in line for a knee replacement and I wouldn't hesitate to go to Dr Idjadi.

image I had a work-related injury to a tendon in my right elbow.  It was very aggravating:  not only painful but strength-limiting as well. Being in a profession where not being at or near 100% is not an option, I went straight to an orthopedic near where I work.  I contacted Proliance, a well-respected practice in Bellevue. While I did not know or specifically ask for Dr. Idjadi, here is summary of my interactions with him:  Upon initial consultation I immediately felt he was looking out for my best interests.  Why?  Several reasons, really. First,  Dr. Idjadi had a very approachable, engaging demeanor while he patiently listened to my concerns without any apparent regard to cut off the lengthy initial consultation.  I find in this current era of medicine that many physicians are put under tremendous strain to see as many patients as possible in a compressed fashion.  I never felt that with Dr. Idjadi or his staff, from the initial consultation to my final exam six months later, to include the multiple visits in between. Secondly,  after he consulted with me after xamining the results of an MRI, Dr. Idjadi explained to me that surgery involving the nagging injury only has a 70% success rate.  Because of this, he recommended we attempt to exhaust all other options prior to surgery.  So, with that, you can immediately conclude that Dr. Idjadi could have certainly made more money for himself and his practice with surgery, but he kept that in his back pocket as a last resort if other less invasive treatment failed.I ended up going to physical therapy 2 to 3 times per week for six months and have improved greatly.  While not 100% yet, I am back to work and feeling much better.  I had trepidation going into this, and Dr. Idjadi and his fantastic staff, to include Emma, put me at ease with extremely high quality of care on all levels.  I would, and have, recommend Dr. Idjadi to anyone in need of orthopedic medical care.

image I had a bicycle accident and broke my elbow really badly. I was referred to Dr. Idjadi the following day after the ER visit.Pre-surgery, he told me that the injury is really bad and it could be a tricky operation and perhaps after recovery I may not have the same mobility in my left hand.Post surgery, I had 7 screws and a plate. 10 days later, I visit him again, take an x-ray and see that all the bones are perfectly back in place. It was a very successful surgery. Now after 2 month, my elbow which was deemed to be pretty badly injured, healed pretty well and I gained back 95% of the original mobility.Good job on the surgery, what can I say more.=-=-=As for the doctor's attitude that the other reviewer talks about, I can only quote a famous proverb:"""Give the bread dough to the baker even if he eats half of it. -- Idiomatic One of the meanings of this proverb could be... Give the job to a person who knows how to perform it best even if it will cost you much. (Translated from an Arabic proverb)"""Be patient, polite and follow the procedure. Dr. Idjadi is a good listener.

image I went in for a calf sprain and wore loose shorts because I knew the doctor would need to examine my calf and possibly my knee. He asked me to wear these ridiculous shorts. When I asked him why, he had a complete cow and said he couldn't do a full exam with my shorts on. After putting on the ridiculous shorts he never looked at anything above my knee. This doctor had a complete power trip over nothing. Terrible bedside manners. Will never see again.
