Phil did a great job with our loan process. It was relatively smooth and easy considering a 3-4 week close. He even personally delivered paperwork to us when there was a deadline that needed to be reached and was available by phone at all times. I would recommend him and use him again!

We went through the entire process of nearly signing an agreement to purchase a home on Phils word that we were eligible for a mortgage at 2 years with 20 percent down after a short sale.  Again and again we were reassured that this was possible, including a pre-approval letter that he wrote.  Come to find out, they changed the rules. And his response? Oops, well thanks for letting me know! I'm glad that you caught that.  This is supposed to be his job. It's a good thing that I did his job for him.
