        I order from ECS a lot but lately it's like their blender doesn't work or they are making their smoothies and bowls differently. It's full of huge ice cubes. And a lot of huge ice cubes. Followed by smaller ice cubes. It is very unpleasant to eat and doesn't taste good at all anymore.

        I visited this location today and was disappointed that the employees didnt know what was in the vegan protein. Other people were asking questions as well but they didnt have the answers. Your employees need to know whats inside the products theyre selling. Maybe management should do a better job at educating and training the employees
