Mario was referred to us by a good friend who really knew real estate. I am also no newbie as I have been through several real estate transactions and my husband and I were very happy that we found him. We first asked him to help us sell our home, he came with a pretty through evaluation, helped us get it cleaned up so we can get most bang for the buck, when it was ready to go him and his team diligently held open houses so we can get most visibility = more money... when it was time to negotiate, he aggressively pursued and we were very happy with the outcome. He also represented us to purchase of our home. Like I said~ I am not a newbie so I had a very difficult criteria.. I looked at countless amount of houses, he never made me feel bad for looking at so many homes. Never felt pushed, always gave us great advice and we felt he really watched out for the best interest of us. We finally found something we liked... and again he came forth with great negotiating skills and got us a good deal. When we were ready to sell our rental, my husband and I did not hesitate to call Mario back. I had a very unique situation with the home but he again didn't hesitate to work things out with me so the selling can be easy for us. Finding a good realtor is definitely a must, but for me the most important thing was that the realtor was honest and looked out for the best interest of me and our family.... and Mario definitely was all that. So we will probably be calling him if we have to do this again~
