Not only does she have the expertise and knowledge to answer every question I had, (and I had many), but she was incredibly patient with me and reassuring when I ran into obstacles. Megan is an outstanding realtor who made the process of searching for our first home enjoyable! She was patient with my husband and I as we constantly contacted her (almost every day) with questions, and always provided prompt responses. Megan took the time to get to know us, our needs and helped us narrow down our search until we found the perfect first home. We spent many weekends with her touring homes, and when we finally found the right home she led us through the closing process with helpful tips and suggestions that eventually led to us getting our home instead of another buyer who also put an offer down. Megan is professional, provides detailed research, and most importantly cares about her clients and finding them the right home. We will definitely hire her again when we sell our home one day, and have already recommended her to our friends!

With this in her tool belt, she will best know how to navigate the complexities of one of your highest investments and at the same time explain the process in a way that is easy to understand. There are many admirable qualities she has including being proactive and resilient. You will find her friendly, detailed, on time, and organized. Megan helped me buy my first home and I couldn't imagine having done it with anyone else! She was incredibly patient with my timeline (starting out slow and then hitting the ground RUNNING when I was truly ready) and was always flexible with days/times to visit properties. She provided helpful research about each home I was interested in, and that ultimately helped me dodge some serious bullets and find the place that was right for me. Megan is extremely professional and personable and respects the buyer's vision (however many times that can change throughout the process!). She is knowledgeable about the Greater Seattle area market and ultimately helps you navigate through listings to find THE ONE. Megan Past is the most professional, efficient, PATIENT, and amazing realtor in the Seattle area! Her knowledge of the industry as well as her customer service is unmatched. My partner and I were first time home buyers and very nave about the process. Megan met us at a Starbucks with a packet of information and took an hour out of her day just to explain the process from start to finish. We also weren't easy customers to deal with and started with buying a dream home, to potentially buying land to build on, to maybe buying a townhouse, to ultimately choosing a beautiful condo. Anything we had questions about either about the process or about a home, she jumped right on it and somehow magically got us answers within the day. She both set up us on an auto search based on criteria we liked, and browsed listing herself and sent them our way. If we found a listing ourselves and had the simplest question (or not so simple!) she immediately reached out to the listing agent and made sure we had all information needed and requested. When it came time to put the offer in, Megan's offer she set up and advised for us was so clean and professional, the listing agent noted that to her and was ultimately the reason we got a very competitive home. She checked in with us the entire process after the offer was accepted and made sure she was in communication with our loan officer so nothing could possibly delay our closing date. When all was said and done, she met us at our new property with our keys and the most amazing client gift. I couldn't rave about Megan more - she is definitely in the career she was meant for and that was very clear! Thank you Megan!!
