        Their sandwiches are tasty. However, the MAJOR drawback of this place is that if you walk in for a sandwich around noon, and there are maybe one or two people in front of you, you will still wait at least 1/2 hour to get a basic sandwich. They take phone and online orders, and you will simply be watching the employees make dozens of sandwiches for people who are not present. They are unapologetic about the fact that they have no system that differentiates or prioritizes the customers ordering in versus online or by phone. It's extremely frustrating, and I won't go back.

        Got my birthday sub, and it was the best one Ive ever gotten. I got all the peppers and its really spicy. Huge sandwich. Staff is friendly as well.

        I entered jersey mikes and heard the manager (who isn't black) say the n-word. He also said the slur for mecican people. I immeadeatley left and felt scared for anybody of color who works there.

        My sandwich was completely wrong. Missing multiple ingredients (lettuce, tomato, mayo) and had cheese when I specifically requested no cheese.
