During the pandemic I received a colonoscopy at this facility. Everything went perfectly, the entire process was pleasant. Scheduling was a phone call, I arrived on time and was promptly served, the procedure went well, I couldnt ask for a better experience. Fast forward to 2024 and something has occurred. It is nearly impossible to schedule anything. The queues to schedule are very long and after the 1-2h wait, you will be transferred and dropped. The callback to avoid the wait doesnt function. They clearly have high demand, likely caused by the referral system, so I suspect that there is little desire to improve.

Same as everyone else. Horrible experience even trying to get seen. Finally got in to a nurse and was told she was a gastroenterologist but she wasnt. She didnt want to run any tests like a colonoscopy or endoscopy because of the risks ( I have no risk factors). Just recommended simethocone and sent me out the door. As an older person I expected more screenings and concern for what could be going on.

I received a call back to schedule my appointment right away and was given clear instructions in mychart for before the procedure as well as received a phone call. The day of was smooth and the entire staff from front desk, nurses, anesthesiologist and Dr. Song were great.

I have been trying for more than 5 months to get an appointment. Every time I call, they tell me that they will call me back to schedule the appt. They NEVER call me back. I will now try with UW Gastroenterology.
