        I first purchased car insurance 20 years ago. Jeff McGowan at Farmers is the first agent that took the time to explain the purpose of each piece of my policy and the relationship to the value of my vehicles. He was very patient and thorough. I will admit the policy was a little more than what I expected BUT I honestly feel like I am in good hands so it is worth the peace of mind. I feel well informed about my policy and coverage. That is a first but I am here for it! Thanks, Jeff for sharing your knowledge and the discounts
