        Not enough cashiers so youre forced to use the self checkout, which has horrible software that freaks out if you breathe in its direction wrong. Then the person manning self checkout reviews your every step on the video before unlocking the terminal. What shouldve taken 1 minute ended up taking 15. If you dont trust your customers to scan their own items and treat each step as though theyre trying to steal from you, hire more people and open more check out lines.
