        The flower arrangement was splendid, but unfortunately, the delivery experience fell short. Despite selecting my wife's birthday as the delivery date, the flowers were not available for pickup when I arrived at 5 pm. I received a notification later that evening indicating that the delivery was made at 7:40 pm. It would have been preferable to receive advanced notice if the flowers would not be ready before the close of business hours. Given the substantial cost of the gift, I had anticipated a more satisfactory customer experience.
