Done with Costco. They now treat you like a criminal by asking to see your membership card at self checkout before you can pay. Treating customers just like Walmart. Will start shopping at BJ's where they are nice

Wow no wonder they have 2.7 star reviews!!!! Try to call corporate office just hang up !!!!! Stop being greedy company and dont treat your customers as PRISONERS!!!!! You want to check my membership card ask nicely!!!!! Not Costco membership now !!!!!! Pictures now !!!!!!! I pay my membership and you cant even provide me the card with a picture!!!!!!!!! DO BETTER COSTCO!!!!!!!!!!!!

This rating is for the Costco in Lake Elsinore, CA. Customer service is terrible ( CARLOS M. ). Rude employees, its not necessary. The exception is a few wonderful employees I have interacted with. One example, would be the disrespectful, unprofessionalism that is demonstrated at the self check out that is so ridiculous. I am extremely capable of checking out my 4 items myself, and expressed so - still an employee hovering by your shoulder just watching is very disrespectful, Im sure other customers really need your help. How about helping when I respectfully ask for it.
