Chase Bank

Never use Chase bank. It has has not changed. Problem in Issaquah years ago with identity theft to find that it was internal bank employee. Was tired if paying morgage monthly and just paid house loan off. King county sent title to bank and never sent it us Insisted that they had not received it. I had to go into Seattle. Recently I obtained a new credit card. Unfortunately through Chase bank. I did not realize this as it said Visa and I do have another Visa card but wanted this for travel. Paid all bills in November and when reconciling account found the payment had not cleared. Over Alldue notice came All other mailed payments had gone through as expected. Called again and then went to.bank to ask ??? And found the check had been credited to another account No apologies rude.....yes I was upset as it took me several phone calls and then a trip to the Issaquah branch (where years ago they were inept, dishonest) to get answers as ALL of a sudden the check appeared and cleared overnight! Steer clear of this bank If there is a problem they are not willing to take responsibility or be courteous. Thus credit card will be closed ...... w d t To find it
