The Timbers maintenance team is awesome! They respond quickly to requests and they get the job done well. They call with questions, updates and to let me know when the job is completed!

The best decision we ever made was moving to The Timbers. The move-in process was seamless, the apartment had lots of new upgrades done prior to our move-in. The maintenance team is amazing -- we have had several requests in the last couple weeks and they repair them so quickly, most of the time within the day of the request. This is an unparalleled experience compared to other complexes. Our only complaint is that there's been two power outages already within the last week not due to weather. I assume this is something out of their control but it's been something we aren't used to experiencing often living in other areas of Washington. Highly recommend The Timbers for a lovely apartment complex to live in with your partner, family, or solo. Quiet, safe, and very centrally located in Issaquah/ Sammamish and I-90.

I just wanted to thank the staff at the Timbers. Im coming out of a devastatingly situation, and the staff has always been steadfast,kind and professional to assist me with anything I needed. Thank you so muchThis is the best place in the world to live.

Both of the managers are super helpful. The management building is getting totally redone. It's going to look amazing! I might have to start hanging out in the fitness center. Thanks ladies!!!
