Avoid this place at all costs. For what you pay in rent $$$ you end up stuck with poorly functioning appliances and living around section 8 lowlifes that steal food deliveries and mail.

Earl is great! He made our move in process very smooth for us. The facilities provided are a bonus. I love this community so far.

Hopefully an emergency never happens. They will take their very sweet time to fix the issue and not communicate. It is "against their policy" to call you on a phone. And emails are slim to none.

I dont normally write reviews for anything but I wanted to give a special shout-out to the office staff at Discovery Heights, especially to one of the gals in the office, Alia (hope I spelled her name right). Ive had to call their office many times over the past few months to help a couple people get into new apartments. One of these people has difficulty filling out paperwork and Alia was so patient, helpful, and kind with this person. She was always quick to answer any questions we had. She was diplomatic and professional and was quick to solve any (minor) issues or problems that we had. I really appreciated being able to work with her (and sometimes the other assistant, Mallen). Its clear that Alia puts her whole heart into her work, a rare thing these days.
