Update: HERE IS MY RESPONSE TO THE OWNER: I drove up to the apartments today and took a pic and YES I did have the right apartment community yes I may have been wrong about the pricing as I have been touring many communities, by the way $1800 is still waaay too much for those old out of date apartments. All I can say is wow! And not in a good way, RUN DON'T WALK! I came to view one of the available apartments and was appalled at what I saw. The apartments pictured online are nothing like what is actually there, the place I viewed required me to walk up 2 flights of a narrow stairwell, the carpet had to be about 40 years old, the hall had a strong moldy/musty smell. Then when I walked into the apartment I was shocked to find there was nothing updated, must've been 30-40 yrs in the past, the appliances, doors, carpet and walls looked grungy and run down, the only good thing was the view of a waterway outside the kitchen window. The manager had the nerve to say "This is one our best looking properties" I couldn't get out of that place fast enough. The apartment buildings look terrible in person! And I couldn't believe they wanted $2,400 for that disgusting place! I would not waist my time! The pictures of this property rental websites are truly misleading. Shame on Creekside!
