Jennie Wetter and her team at Infinity Real Estate have represented us in four transactions and we couldn't be more satisfied. Jennie knows the market, and has connections for staging and repair that make all of those chores as close to "set it and forget it" as possible for her clients. She works quickly to get properties prepared and on the market. Our most recent transaction was a sale that Jennie prepared and listed in a week. We were pending on offer review date (4 days after listing) and closed in less than 30 days at above asking price. Her in-house support team is a fabulous "force multiplier". Jennie also managed our long search for a new property found us the perfect fit, and got our purchase completed (at asking price). We wouldn't consider a broker other than Jennie.

Jennie and her team at Infinity Real Estate provided us with awesome top notch service throughout the entire process, from the initial listing appointment to closing the transaction. We had to do a complete clean out and partial renovation on the property in order to sell. Jennie had a great vision to update and make the house attractive to potential buyers. She has excellent connections to the construction trades, and oversaw the entire project for us, as we live in another state. When it went on the market, the house sold in just a few days for over asking price. Coming from someone who has been in the real estate and construction business for 30 years, I believe Jennie is the best of the best. I was very impressed with how Jennie and her assistant Sis worked together to sell our house. We had several hurdles such as painting, constructing a new door way and door, drywall, yard maintenance and a host of other unexpected issues. They were amazingly organized with a sense of urgency!
