When I came back to work here I was excited and looking forward to it. That feeling didn't last too long however. I felt very bullied and like I had a target on my back within the very first week by The administrator why that was I have no clue but as the months went on things just got worse I started feeling anxiety every day I came to work I wasn't sleeping great especially on Sunday not knowing what Monday would bring it caused a lot of stress, depression and anxiety on a daily basis being signaled out for some reason and not understanding why. I was not treated right at all. There was no communication no advice no back up zero respect. I felt very dismissed all the time. Great leader ? That's a HUGE NO! You Love and respect all of your team again NO! Continue treating your staff this way you won't have any staff left. I showed you nothing but respect even when I no longer had any respect left for you. You truly did me a favor letting me go because I truly got so miserable coming to work everyday just never knowing how or what you would do or say. It pisses me off definitely because I did nothing to deserve this treatment by you. You really need to be a better person and treat people with respect as a leader you really fall short . Everyone else the rest of the team I love you and will miss you it was a pleasure to get to know some of you truly

Had a great experience while touring and visiting this facility. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The entire facility was very clean. The staff were very personable and caring.

Incredible team with compassion and care. I was particularly impressed with Tami Doepke. Her passion for ensuring that both the staff and clients live their best life is nothing less than admirable.
