Tom, Christa, and their team at Fairway made our mortgage experience simple and easy. They explained every step fully and communicated with us wonderfully throughout our entire escrow process. We were able to close escrow in less than 30 days with their hard work and efforts! I cannot recommend them enough!!

I have never written a google review that I stand behind so much. We were introduced to Mark Miller and Mark Wambold at Fairway Mortgage in Gig Harbor when our current mortgage company was giving us the run around. We were in a complete mess and needed immediate, emergency help. After 6 weeks of being jerked around, we had been through so much stress; my husband and I were a wreck! On the day our house was supposed to close, we had to change lenders. Then, we met Mark Miller and Mark Wambold. In just 13 days we closed on our new house!! The process was straightforward and efficient. Both Mark's were expertly professional, clear, helpful and reassuring. We are just so sad we didn't start with Fairway in the first place. We will NEVER go anywhere else for mortgage lending. There was no B.S. I cannot stop telling everyone about this company. If you are looking for a lender, go to Mark Miller at Fairway. Done. Do not work with any other company. We could write a book about all we learned about mortgage lending this last month but the point of the book would be "GO TO FAIRWAY"! Good luck and just do not mess around with anyone else.
