The Jui Jitsu instruction at Warrior Life Martial Arts is second to none. Karri creates an environment for children and adults that fosters personal growth. My son has attended for over two years and has gained confidence in his Jui Jitsu and in himself.

Nothing to comment on training. This post isn't about their course work or training. But i do have a couple or comments on how they manage their business. My daughter discontinued her courses, email was sent and the aensei acknowledged receipt of rhe message. My daughter stopped attending clasees but they continued to bill us monthly through the app. I wasn't paying attention and caught it late. We already had two additional payments of $170 each. Repeated emails resulted in nothing. Personal visits were made and assurances given that money would be refunded. It has been 6 months since then, and no refunds made to us. That's unprofessional business practice. Granted we probably could have prevented this, we were never told to stop automatic payments and were billed for services not provided. They had rhe opportunity to correct this. And decided to not do the right thing. Reflects very poorly on their practice and professionalism.

Doesnt respond to email or messages on their app, needed to file a credit card dispute last month and now another auto bill.
