        Although Mr. Larson's office staff was professional and helpful, Mr. Larson was difficult to get in touch with- his office staff did not provide his number and insisted that he was unavailable. When he did call back, his number was blocked.  His manner was arrogant and demeaning.  He attempted to defend a 35% in crease in a homeowner premium after a single claim (we have had Allstate for more than 20 years) inferring that the state Insurance Commission mandated this increase when in fact the Commission simply approves of the rates Allsate submits, then holds Allstate to those rates.  After having had our house burglarized, we felt robbed again.  Although Allstate can legally gouge customers, this corporation's practices are highly unethical.
