The St. Anthony staff took delicate care of my mother as she was passing away. She was admitted on numerous occasions over the last 5 years of her life, and St. Anthony's staff took care of her, and us, on each visit.

ER Review - As a nurse I am horrified at the lack of appropriate care at this hospital. I learned more about the patients in the lobby being treated for conditions ranging from appendicitis to hypertensive episode. At what point did it become ok to throw HIPPA out the bloody window? The doctor actually scolded the person I was with who was sick for not giving them a urine sample. Well no $h!t Shwrlock, you are treating them in the bloody lobby. Should an 85 yr old woman just pop a squat? Maybe if your patients were being treated in an appropriate setting your staff would remember the patients in the lobby who are supposed to be having tests you've ordered. Health care in this country is a flipping joke. And it is non existent on the Kitsap Peninsula. Sitting in the lobby waiting for care was like sitting at the DMV with staff shouting patient names to do IVs, medication administration, blood work etc. Next time I will just go to the local voo doo doctor. Odds are better for appropriate care.

Went to st Anthony hospital with chest pain. After a ekg and 1st blood work it was noted I did not have a heart attack. I was left in the lobby the entire time. I know there was beds available. I was not the only one that was treated in the lobby then discharged. I was still billed a 950.00 co pay. I called billing asking for a reduced bill as I never got a room. They would not budge I will drive out of my way to NOT go to st Anthony again.
