Gig Harbor Flowers by the Bay

A wonderful bouquet was sent to my friend for her birthday. It was much more than I anticipated. It is very crucial to call the florist themselves and not a 1-800 number. They are professional, exceptional, friendly, helpful and great designers. I will definitely use them again.

On September 1, 2022 I ordered flowers and candy for my California clients that moved to Gig Harbor Washington. I received a confirmation from the flower shop to thank me for the order. I didnt hear back from my client nor the business if they got delivered. I called and the lady that answered said they never got the order and I must of used an online floral to place the order. I said no I used your website directly. she asks where was it supposed to be delivered, I say Gig Harbor and she says we dont delivery there but thats a lie because I seen on their website all the zip codes they delivery and how can they not delivery in the same town. I was charged $136. I hung up the phone because she was very rude and no help at all! I am disputing the charges and reporting them to the BBB. I wish I would have read the reviews! DONT GET SCAMMED!

I have used them twice in 2 weeks and both times they hit it out of the park. My girl loved both arrangements and the detail they used. She really liked the vase when I ordered the premium arrangement. Nice work.

Definitely not what was expected for the price and paid extra for better flowers. Pictures on the website are beautiful compared to what I received. Flowers and the two roses are already wilting.
