        The best experience I have ever had with an MRI. I have extreme anxiety and claustrophobia. The technician was very compassionate and patient with me and very considerate to my needs. I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I highly recommend this clinic.

        It took me weeks to feel confident enough to call this facility to schedule a mammogram, as my Dr suspects I may have a serious illness. When I called, the male scheduler was unhelpful, requested to know my personal medical history over the phone (symptoms), and judged me for being "too young to even need" this specific exam. Contrary to popular belief, cancer can happen to anyone at ANY age. You don't know the difficulties and stories people are going through and it's unfair to be judgemental of someone in a vulnerable position just because of their age. ESPECIALLY if you aren't a medical provider or professional. He didn't even end up scheduling me and it completely threw me off from wanting to come in at all. No patient should be treated this way, and I'm disappointed that any confidence I once had to come get this scan done has now been completely removed. Very disappointing.
