Skyline Tree Care

I hired Skyline Tree Care remotely from another state to remove some trees on my property. I asked for photo documentation of the job which Tawm agreed to but then only partially furnished. I had flagged the trees and provided a numbered map. When attempting to clarify if the work had been done to satisfaction I could not get a specific answer. I asked to talk on the phone. Tawm called me and would not let me speak, told me to be quiet that he was driving this conversation. He again refused to provide photo documentation and threatened to take me to collections if I did not pay. So I am sending a check to a business owner for a job that I have not verified, and was not what I had intended because of a communication breakdown and a failure to make space to find a solution. I have finally gotten back up to the property and I am updating my review from 1 to 3 star. I was able to review the work done and it is completely satisfactory. The communication was the biggest issue. With some respect and courtesy shown to me, the customer, Skykine would have gotten a stellar review. Service: Tree removal

We have been using Skyline Tree Service at least once a year for about the last 9 or 10 years. They are professional, courteous, and do a terrific job. They know what they are doing and they do their work in a safe, meticulous manner. I am always happy with the results and I highly recommend them. Skyline Tree Care has taken excellent care of our trees for over ten years. They trim and prune regularly to insure good tree health. Their pruning also protects our trees from high coastal winds. They are always responsive when needed urgently. They identified and corrected a dangerous tree limb near our house, when we had not even noticed the problem. I have worked with Skyline for many years on many occasions. They are always professional, prompt, return calls and have always done an excellent job for me. When they are finished with a job they always do a great job of clean-up. I have a large property that has lots of big trees. They have removed lower limbs so there is less chance of trees falling. They climb and check the health of a very old Doug fir that is close to the house. Removed dead trees that could have caused damage to my home and some that could have caused damage to neighbor homes. I highly recommend them. Services: Tree removal, Tree trimming & pruning

We have used Skyline Tree Care multiple times with great satisfaction, and have recommended them to our neighbors, who have then continued to use them. We have many trees on our property that are at risk of falling on our home. In order to prevent trees from being pushed over by high winds, Skyline Tree Care has de-sailed them with great success. We have had no trees come down in wind storms since 2006 (when 7 came down), which was before we started using Skyline Tree Care. In addition to de-sailing our Doug Firs, they also have judiciously pruned Madrone trees that have developed an infection that is going around in this species. In part due to their close attention to the tree health, we have saved several Madrone trees. Sadly, there was one that succumbed. It was very close to the house, and Skyline was able to remove it without damaging surrounding landscaping or the roof. After taking the limbs off the Doug Firs, and removing the Madrone, they cut useable wood into fireplace length logs, and then chipped the rest to be used as mulch.
