Walden

I had the most wonderful experience as I dined at Walden in Friday Harbor. The food and service was top!! And Gabriella, the fantastic Chef, was so interesting and lovely!!! I would recommend this to anyone!! I will definitely go back!!

We had an absolutely wonderful dinner experience at Walden! The food was delicious, beautiful, and creative. Gabriela was engaging and we had delightful conversation about dishes. We did do the optional wine pairing and were very glad we did, it was superb. The simple black and wine decor, including dishware, was also beautiful and matched the food to highlight it. We will definitely go again and hope they thrive!

I was left wanting nothing after this evening. Walden offered a perfect balance of fine food and friendly service which amounted to a wonderful experience. Courses were timed excellently, we had enough time between them to savor what we'd just had and get excited while we watched the next one come together. I'm already planning a trip back so I can taste their creativity with summer's flavors.

One of the best restaurant experiences I've had. The food was excellent. Gabriella offers delicious and innovative dishes that use local ingredients. Every course was beautifully plated. I never would have thought that sage ice cream could be as delicious as it was. From the amuse-bouche to the macarons, everything was spot on. The service is also excellent. And, having a chance to chat with co-owner Cory in between courses was the icing on the top. This is an experience you don't want to miss.
