Dr Horn has been a great dentist for years and all his staff are wonderful. Even if there's a wait to get in it's definitely work going here.

Receptionist was not helpful at all. Actually quite ride by the time I finally hung up! I called regarding my parents who are in their 80s. I understand they can not tell me if they are patients there however, my mom has been dealing with chemotherapy and radiation for 5 months now and they got a bill for no show fee. Since he couldnt tell me if this is the right dentist o asked if he could have billing check into it if shes a patient there and possibly make an exception and remove the fee. He was raising his voice and talking over me. He kept insisting that I was wanting him to tell me if my mom is a patient there. I hope his parents never get old and need help and or get cancer and start losing mental capacity. Horrible person in my opinion!!! If this is in fact their dentist theyve been going to the same location for 50 years.
