Front desk lady is rude and gives inaccurate information. This is my 5th visit here after receiving inconsistent information on needed documentation and/or being turned away for system being down and one of your dependents are missing documents so we cant add either. Typical empty but busy deers office

Appointment only service, though the online booking system is continuously down and no one answers the phone. This is a civilan only managed office and it shows. The waiting room can be completely empty, but they refuse to help with any type of emergency or with urgency. Unprofessional manners. This base is big, and there should be more options than this available. It would be ideal to split the office into walk-ins and appointments only sides. Fix your online appointment program

I've been to many ID card facilities in my time as a military spouse, and I have to say, this was one of the most efficient and friendly experiences I have ever had! Greeted with a friendly face, and kept up to date when equipment went down. These guys got me on my way quick and really made my day!
