Stephanie and the whole RentLucky have been super easy and awesome to work with! Steph is always super quick to respond to any questions or concerns and is always a pleasure to talk with. If you get a chance to rent with them, I HIGHLY recommend it!

Stephanie and Rent Lucky have been managing our properties for over 10 years. I was more than happy to write a review when asked. If you want hands off property management then these guys are for you. I think I have met stephanie in person maybe once, but the work she does for us is commendable. We mostly communicate via email which helps when we get busy with other commitments, giving us more time to concentrate on other ventures. Whenever there is an issue or concern, Stephanie is on it within minutes. Stephanie is always cheerful, going above and beyond. Not once has she said "Not my issue". That in itself is the number 1 reason we have rent lucky manage our properties. Why?, because when an employee takes ownership of our biggest asset, as if it was their own, that gives us peace of mind. Remember this is a long term play. You want to be able to rely on your assets in the future. You want to know that they are handled with care, no matter what your investment strategies are. Thank you again Stephanie and the Rent Lucky team!. Thank you for making it so easy for us, and thank you for always being there.
