My communication with Jim originally began with inquiry more than a year before I purchased. I was never pressured. Even though I went through several life end altering circumstances during the mortgage process, it was never derailed. The process was never traumatic, even though I had suffered significant trauma. They were in constant communication. Jim was always looking ahead to get information ready when asked. Was a pleasure to work with and knew answers to the questions that I had and could understand. Was always open and had smile. Very positive thinker. Worked on weekends.
