I took my son here twice in a week, the first time I was told he had a yeast rash and bacterial infection on his diaper area so we were given ointments. I went back a couple days later to him having severe diarrhea and a horrible rash covering his butt. I sat in the room for over an hour after my appointmentwas supposed to start and saw the doctor for not even 5 minutes. She looked in his diaper at his rash and that was it. His diarrhea was brushed off and not mentioned, I was told to stop the medications, and that he just had an angry rash that needed zinc oxide. His symptoms got worse so I then went to another urgent care to find out he did in fact have yeast and to go BACK on the medicine they just told me to stop using. They also brushed off his diarrhea which was happening 10+ times daily I went back to another urgent care and the very first test showed he had blood in his diarrhea. Hes now being tested for parasites and infections. All it took was a swab in his diaper so the fact that no one could be bothered to do that was sad. Beyond disappointed in the treatment we got.

Went to urgent care last month for severe abdominal pain. No tests were done, they just prescribed pain and diarrhea meds, sighting a bug was going around. Two days pass, I go into a different walk-in as I couldn't even function, cold sweats, pain, unable to move . . . before the doctor even sees me, they ask for a urine sample, 10 minutes later I have a diagnoses and the meds prescribed that fit the problem. Weird that Childrens Hospital Urgent Care couldn't do their job for a common ailment and further had me taking meds, I didn't need, all the while I was getting further sick with an infection they could have easily caught, a bit dangerous to say the least . . . and it cost double the time, money and agony. Shame on you, you are supposed to be the professionals here?

This is a wonderful urgent care facility if you can plan a few hours in advance and make an appointment. The appointments open up at midnight the night before and then its a breeze going in and being helped. This isnt really for near-emergency/short notice types of issues since appointments usually fill up and are only open late at night. Still an awesome alternative to waiting 6 hours at Everett Clinic or Emergency or waiting months for your pediatrician.

Ridiculous urgent care that requires an appointment. We showed up at 5:00 p.m. and were told we cannot be seen until tomorrow evening with an appointment. Never been turned away at an UC before until now.
