Stellar Kids Dentistry Everett

We went to Stellar Kids in Everett today and overall, I would not recommend. I have been to Stellar Kids in Mill Creek and was amazed, this place I was not. There was no parking available anywhere near the entrance. When entering the building, the directions to Stellar Kids is confusing, as it is on the second floor with an arrow pointing up. Once inside, they tried calling back my 8 year old, while leaving me and my 7 year old in the lobby, since both had appointments. I then proceeded to explain I would not leave either kid, which they finally took them both back at the same time. When trying to comfort my 7 year old by reminding her to breathe and telling her she was doing great, the tech Jaime stated "only one of us should really be giving instructions." I quickly reminded her that I am the parent, and that I am going to comfort my kid. Within the same visit, Jaime ignored my child's discomfort later stating "it's normal" and did nothing to help her in any way. Yet, the wonderful woman who did the fill in apologized and said she would try to hurry as she completely understood. This place was no where as close to as welcoming as the Mill Creek office was. If you choose Stellar Kids, choose another location!

We love Stellar Kids! Anjolie the hygienist was SO patient and reassuring with our kids during their x-rays and cleaning and Dr. Bob is seriously the best! We've been coming here since our oldest son was about 1 and it's been the best experience for us.

The staff was very friendly and good with kids. The visit was fast but thorough.
