I got sold the wrong paper for my inkless printer. The sales associate (who was male with glasses older) didn't even take the time to make sure it was the right type of paper I needed. Told me it would be at my house in 2 days, never showed me the paper he ordered for me. He said oh yeah this is the paper you need and that was that. 2 days later I got the paper, however, it WAS NOT THE PAPER I NEEDED NOR WANTED!!! I needed transparent printing paper. I won't EVER go here again nor would I ever recommend this Staples to ANYBODY!!!

Went in to make copies, and everyone was so helpful. Had me in and out so quickly! I will definitely go here again if I need to.

I called the store and spoke with a manager regarding their fax services. Said they provide the service, gave me the fax number and just said to call and verify that the fax was received before coming in for it. I called several times during the day and told it wasn't received. I called back this evening and the associate checked and said nothing was received. I called back, spoke to the same assiciate to verify their fax # , she then told me they do not provide this service. I get different answers everytime i call. Very frustrating and very unprofessional. They all need to get on the same page regarding what services are provided. Would not recommend.

Hours are wrong; denied entrance at 5:40 to pick up a print order. Probably wont reorder here again.
