On March 15th 2017 I had back surgery . I had two discs that were totally gone. I had spacers put in and a brace that fused L-3, 4 and 5. It's the best thing that ever happened to me. Have been living 5 plus years now pain-free. It changed my life for sure. Doctor Anissipour is amazing!

This doctor is a compassionate caregiver. He listened to me and we as a team worked to remedy the conditions I was having issues with. I have never been treated like a valuable patient like I was with yhis team, especially Dr Ali.

Excellent Surgeon using the best and newest treatment regimen. Doctor A's assistant doctors are empathetic, respectful, and reassuring to patients. So pleased with my the care in Western Washinton Medical clinic and at Providence Hospital .

His PA's are who you will primarily see. You will only have brief quick encounters with the PA or Anissipour. They left a horrific scar down the front of me and wouldn't respond to any of my emails questiining them about the butcher job with staples overlapping/catching when my leg would bend. 2 years post op I'm in the worse pain of my life, ER mri in hand that states pinched nerve, spondylothysis, bulging disc, all at the surgery location & Anissipour's office took less than 2minutes with me, flashed through 1 set of images & says "looks great" when I challenged him with the radiologist report his response was "radiologist look at all body parts I specialize in the spine I am confident that this mri looks great" are you serious, worse pain I have ever felt & this office denys that anything has gone wrong with the area they preformed surgery. All they want is money, oddly after telling me it looks great he suggested they take a quick CT to see how the fusion is coming along, are you nuts, you can't see the disc slipping or pinched nerves or bulging discs but by all means let's have your office rack up some charges for a CT scan. They have Anissipour's accolades posted on all the walls but that means nothing when he hides & sends his PA's to do frontline work or when he hacks you up during surgery & disappears. They will deny any wrong doing & say that radiologists don't know what they're talking about when they give their detailed mri reports but just trust that you look great, they did a great job, it's GASLIGHTING & it's terrifying that they treat patients like this.

Pain free for the first time in 22 years, Dr Anissipour was great the whole experience. Was told originally that I would have to have my vertebrae fused, little procedure and was walking that day so thankful for the whole team.
