Update: 4/30 Owner Steve and his team delivered as promised. Very efficient and professional team. Took care of everything quite fast and the charges were very decent. While moving, someone else at the storage facility pointed out that they are very good. Will use their services again !! After posting a review about my experience, the Franschise Owner Steve from head office took time to listen to me and has promised to resolve the issue and has confirmed with best crew and also a discount on their service for the issue that happened. I will look forward to a different experience with the company and will share my experience. For now, I appreciate the fact the owner listened to my grievance and has promised to resolve it.
