Dr. Burkey is an excellent doctor who actually cares about you. This has been the 5th spinal injection all at other places, and say this doctor finally got it right. The wait time from the first appointment to the injection was very quick. All of the staff except for the lady at the front desk were very professional. When checking in, she was very busy talking to a patient whom, to me, was like a long-lost friend. No eye contact with me until after her phone call, and even then, roughly 10 minutes later, it seemed like she really didn't want to be there. (Shame on her) she works for a brilliant doctor) I will continue my care here. Thank you, Dr. Burkey!!

Place is a joke very unprofessional takes 3 days to get a hold of a doctor keeps telling me to go to the ER even though there a pain clinic for a reason. Got a cortisone shot in my back completely felt everything even jumped once it went deep into my back after further investigating with other doctors you are completely suppose to not feel anything because of complications of moving they didnt care I havent been able to get out of bed in so much pain been waiting for three days for a doctor to call me I was promised a phone call today and again no call. Dont keep records of anything I got a cortisone shot in my back and a nerve block in my neck when called the front desk there was no record of the nerve block he put in my neck.

The doctors and the personnel at Anesis are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. However, trying to get a messed up prescription redone in a day via the phone with the front desk is almost impossible. Phone call after phone call after phone call before you get your prescription, changed and sent to the pharmacist. Overall I still love the place, they just need to do better with office help.

There were technical issues at the pharmacy which interfered with my prescription refill. People at the clinic went above and beyond to make sure I didnt run out of a much needed medication. I so much appreciate the efforts of staff and doctors. Edit: ADD: 2024 They got a new doctor. Same occurred here too. I called in to the pharmacy for a refill, they called the pain clinic, the front desk did their job and referred it to the doctor, who ignored the referral, And ignored the referral, And ignored the reminder. I called again And again. This is a pain clinic that allowed me to run out of pain medication! Ive spent the last four days in agony. I ache when I am still. There is sharp pain when I move. And I am angry, because I have been ignored. This new doctor has no bedside manner, hes rude, never introduced himself, lacks courtesy, and isnt somebody I want to see again. I dont trust him. The front desk staff and nurses are fantastic though.
