        Trying to get an appointment for my daughter at this office has been beyond difficult - my daughter has Covid and her sugars were dangerous - I called to see if we could get a virtual visit and was told no. I then asked if they could help with a prior authorization as we were having issues with my daughters strip - again they said no. I have requested to speak to the Medical Director, Mai to which no call has ever been returned. Val in the front office is very rude or is just incompetent. Thank God my daughters previous endocrinologist was able to help us through this time.

        My testosterone levels are in the low low end of normal. Im a fit male 5'8 188 lbs. The endo legit told me I needed to lose weight just to get my testosterone levels back to normal. He said everything is healthy. Yet I'm fatigued all the time and got no treatment. Just told to eat his 1200 calorie meal plan and to lose weight and check back. I'm offended.
