I scheduled an appointment twice with providence and they were virtual appointments. The doctor nor the office sent the link. They also did not provide any contact information to ask someone to get the link. The next time I scheduled my appointment, I took the initiative to call providence to verify the time and the fact that they would send a link. They verified all that on the phone and acted like I was stupid for even asking and following up. The next day they canceled it because they counted me as a no-show the other two times because THEY failed to send the right resources to the patients. Not to mention, every appointment is about 6-8 months out. You could be seriously ill and this establishment won't care. Afterwards the office lady I spoke to about how I never received the right link wrote lies in the notes about me for the nod for to read. You are supposed to be helpers of the public. Not sadists out here acting like we owe you something when you are doing your jobs absolutely incorrectly from the start. Zero empathy, zero attention to patient care, and zero morals as a health establishment. Most Washington healthcare sucks, but this place is the worst. Doctor: Jinhee Binder CMA was Angela K. Both health professionals need to have a more professional take on services going forward. I moved here from Georgia and this first experience in Washington state was horrendous. Be better.

The front desk staff was polite and efficient, but my experience was not a positive one. I went to have my IUD removed, the provider I was scheduled to see let a student attempt the removal. The strings broke so I was told they had to do an ultrasound first ($640 copay!) and then reschedule with a doctor. BTW I was asked permission for the student to be present and not to perform the procedure. I made an appointment with Planned Parenthood instead, no IUD, local anesthesia and they solved the issue. For free. Providence won't see me again.

Im a caregiver and I had a client that had an appointment today at this clinic. We checked in and waited to be called. When the nurse called my clients name we both got up. He asked if we both had the same name. I explained to him that I take care of this client and have to be with her at all times. When we got to the room. He asked my client who am I. As if he didnt believe what I just told him. My client told him this is my staff. He rudely faced me and told me that I couldnt be in the room and that Im invading her privacy by being there. I was shocked because I already explained that Im her caregiver. He asked me to step out. I didnt want my client not to get the care so I left to wait in the lobby. After a couple of minutes he came and told me I can come back. Since I walked in I felt judged because I was in my Muslim attire. After the appointment he apologize, but he was already unprofessional and how he addressed me was so disrespectful. Hopefully they can better train employees to show respect to all people, no matter how they dress or look like.

I been coming to this clinic for some time and never had any issues until today. My husband came in and was greeted very poorly, Joan at check in was clearly having a bad day and was being extremely rude towards my husband. She asked for his SSN and when my husband said he didnt feel comfortable sharing that due to the high volume of people standing near by, she said do you even have one. I found this very unprofessional and unnecessary. As my husband was waiting in the lobby he witnessed another patient who was also there with back pain, he was immediately offered what looked to be an ice pack but yet the same amenity was not offered to my husband who was also there with lots of back pain. If you need further details of his interaction with Joan, we will gladly speak to Managment.
