My doctor referred me to this department. On their website and in my insurance app it says they take my insurance. However the people returning phone calls could not tell me why I was being rejected and had a complete lack of empathy while repeating the same response to every question. So nice of you to make it tough for people who are struggling to get help.

While the front desk staff provided exceptional service, the medication service fell short. It took 48 hours and multiple calls to transfer a prescription, resulting in a pharmacy switch. The refill prescription was three times more expensive, with no prior discussion or meeting with the doctor of the change. Better training and communication are needed to avoid such issues.

This place is horrible. Absolutely the rudest and most aggressive desk people I have ever come across in 45 years. Misinformed me about the meeting place after confirming with two separate phone calls. When asked why I was sent to the wrong place (30 mins away) I was SHOUTED at by the two elderly desk hags at the Everett location. Upon arrival at the proper location my own personal requests (also confirmed twice by phone) for my son and my own personal SAFETY were ABSOLUTELY ignored. For gods sake find another place, anywhere but here. These people need to get their act together

My entire experience with this department has just been awful, and I've given them multiple chances. I saw a psychologist for an initial intake referred by my PCP and she basically said she had no time or tools for me. Shocked, I tried again with another provider and she also said my needs were beyond the scope of her training. While I understand that, she had no idea what basic tools and styles of therapy were including IFS, EMDR, and DBT. I was not given any sort of test/questioning for diagnosis and was not even offered the chance for talk therapy. I was open and honest and then left to the wolves with no other referrals and resources to provide. I also had scheduled a psychiatrist appointment at the recommendation of my PCP. Due to coming down with covid, I had to reschedule this appointment. I did so well in advance. I then received a NO SHOW bill. Despite showing them my obviously rescheduled appointment and a covid test picture with a date and time stamp on it, they insisted I pay the no show fee. This is truly a failure of a system designed to help those with real needs. I am an average person seeking assistance with PTSD and ADHD and with a strong desire to do the work on myself. I truly felt judged, misunderstood, and completely dismissed. Please don't waste your time and hard earned money. They just don't have the qualifications, training, or proper resources at their disposal.

Terrible to do business with. I was charged close to $500 for an initial phone call with a nurse. I have excellent insurance. This company only wants money.
